We are seeking an International Sales Manager to enhance our European sales operations. The role will act as a central link between our manufacturing capabilities and international markets, capitalizing on our reputation for quality and expertise in safety and professional footwear. In this role you will report to the Sales Director.
Responsibilities
The main responsibility of the International Sales Manager is to be responsible for the company's sales operations and to further develop customer relationships among distributors and end customers in the sales area, together with the organization in the target country, based on sales and cost budgets in accordance with the growth and cost targets set by the company.
Your key responsibilities:
- Increasing sales and expanding Sievi presence in the sales area
- Tenders, acquiring new customers, retaining and developing existing customer relationships within the sales area
- Participating in the creation of sales campaigns and drawing up budgets
- Relaying information between customers and the R&D team
- Providing training to retailers and end clients and providing expert advice to our clients to help them choose suitable safety and professional footwear
- Acting as a supervisor for the Area Sales Managers in the sales area and their training together with the Sales Director
- Monitoring sales development in the sales area and go through the situation in monthly meetings with the Area Sales managers
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international or export b2b product sales with a proven track record in market expansion, growth and profitability
- Experience in leading b2b product sales operations and teams
- Strong relationship builder with a consultative approach to solving client needs
- Experience in providing product training and expert advice to the clients
- Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools for systematic sales management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Finnish and other languages is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 50 % of the time within Europe
- Commercial or technical educational background

Location
The position is based in the Greater Helsinki Area, with regular travel required (up to 50 % of the time) to visit markets and connect with customers.
